TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our terms and conditions are to protect us as a business and our customer from fraud and scams.
1. Provided quotes are preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.
2. No space is being held with a quote. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.
3. All rates are quoted per person in U.S. Dollars. Price estimates are based on travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.
4. Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.
5. Entry and Re-Entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest as such destinations. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to e valid for six months or more after your date of entry.
6. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.
7. We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.
8. To prevent fraud/scams, we request that anyone making a payment (not for requesting a quote). You will complete our credit card authorization form for each payment you make. You will also need provide a copy of all travelers' government ID, Passport(s), and copy front/back of the credit card being used on the credit card authorization form. The copies will be shredded by our agents once the travelers' trip has concluded. This is also a backup for you in case you lose your information while traveling. We will not move forward on your planning without these documents/copies from a customer (no exceptions). We will accept copies through text.
9. By accepting a quote, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You will also have to agree to the supplier we use terms and conditions.
10. All travel documents/communications are done electronically. If you want documents to be mailed, there could be a fee.
